The market has no shortage of document and email management apps. This is the reason that companies do thorough research before they choose the app they need. A lot of law firms have switched to the global cloud platform NetDocuments. They choose power and simplicity by selecting this app.

Hogan Lovells Selects NetDocuments

Earlier last year Hogan Lovells, a top 10 global law firm with 49 offices and more than 700 legal employees, selected NetDocumets as its document management platform.

Hogan Lovells Global CIO Ash Banerjee says, “We believe the NetDocuments platform to be a modern and feature rich platform that delivers on our current and future business requirements.”

The company did thorough research before selecting its cloud portal. “We believe NetDocuments’ maturity and the scalability of our proven platform, as well as the trust we have earned through nearly two decades of consistently delivering innovative software solutions to our global customer community, were factors in the decision,” CEO Matt Duncan says.

Generally, cloud acceptance has gone global. ILTA 2017 Technology Survey says 88% of firms with 700 and more legal employees indicated that they are going to adopt cloud technology in 2018.

Global 100 Firm BakerHostetler Switches to NetDocuments

A year earlier, another top legal firm, BakerHostetler, switched to NetDocuments as an email and document management platform.

Bob Craig, CIO at the company said, “Through our extensive due diligence and evaluation of DMS options, it became clear that the NetDocuments service is leading DMS innovation for the legal market and setting new standards for ease-of-use combined with a world-class security-as-a-service and compliance infrastructure. This is simply not feasible with on-premises or hosted on-premises technology.”

“The power and simplicity of a single global instance of NetDocuments software, seamlessly upgraded and made available to all our offices and users, truly elevates the level of legal services, data protection, and productivity tools we provide to our clients and personnel,” Craig said.

NetDocuments Selected Software for Council of Europe

Council of Europe is one of the organizations that is very selective in its suppliers. The organization finally selected NetDocuemtns platform from TIkit after a year-long competitive process.

The reason these companies switch to NetDocuments is that the app meets the demands of organizations with high-security requirements, including law firms and financial institutions. Data security and strict digital asset protection are key features of the software. The app also allows integration with Microsoft Office and ensures collaboration and safety to outside parties who may need real-time access to server documents.
