Save from Outlook to Legal Matters
You can save any email from Outlook to a LegalWorks matter. You will see a window labeled LegalWorks once you install the add-in. Within this pane, you will see the list of matters. They are classified by Open Matters, Closed Matters, All Matters or My Matters. You need just drag and drop an email into the matter and have your cases organized.
You can also save sent emails. You need to turn this feature on by checking the box labeled Prompt on Mail Send. Once you have this feature on, you can save the sent emails to a LegalWorks matter.
